Course description:

Part I

What is Grounding?
Who can practice it?
Ways of practising Grounding;
The importance of intention and though;
Introduction to the Chakra system;
Introduction to the Aura system.

Part II

Chakra awakening;
Working with sounds, colours, light, candles, gemstones and scents;
Shielding the aura;
Clearing techniques;
Releasing psychic or etheric cords;
Curse, knife, arrow and dagger lifting;
Chakra and aura vacuum cleaning;
Entity removal;
Space clearing;
Working with prayer;
Working with archangels, angels, spirit guides and light beings;
Mandalas for healing and protection;
The Sun and Moon healing;

Practical exercises

Individual grounding techniques;
Shielding and protection techniques in detail;
Exercise on how to cut etheric cords, remove addictions and karmic blockages.

Prices:

€ 70 per day (1 Saturday) and per person.
Payments are conducted in advance and in cash.

Course dates:

Times:

From 10:30 a.m.-16:30 p.m.
Lunch break: 1 h

Lunch:

Brought by the students.

*Tea, coffee and drinks are supplied by Sharehealing and free of charge.

Group classes:

Our groups encompass max. 6 persons at a time.

Prerequisites:

Punctuality;
Switch off mobile phones;
Dress comfortable and light clothes;
Bring the exact amount in cash.
