• Grounding;
• Level I attunements;
• Individual initiations;
• Introduction to hand positioning;
• Self-healing techniques;
• Hand positioning for self-healing and to treat others: demonstration and explanation;

• Suggested books for reading

Reiki Level I allows people to be initiated into this practice, receiving attunements and opening up the body channels to the universal energy of the Chi.
This will be a 2-day course (2 Sundays in a row), where the student will learn how to perform self-healing with Reiki.
This course is very enjoyable and relaxing, allowing people to start a gentle self-cleansing emotional and mental detox, getting rid of physical blockages.

Following Reiki Level I, people often experience a deep healing period (often encompassing 21 days). During this period some people "reinvent" many aspects of their lives, attitudes and thoughts.

Our Reiki courses encompass both theoretical and practical lessons, where students are encouraged to practice this healing technique, and to develop their own style of treatment.
