The Age of Aquarius

Many people believe, that we are in the brink of a new age for mankind, "The Age of Aquarius".

This new age means for many humans, a stronger inner call to become "lighter and light in essence".

This age also symbolises, the need to become increasingly more spiritual and wise.

What is ascension?

This is a personal and collective process of inner transformation, leading mankind to a new stage of development, self-awareness and a higher state of consciousness.

In this context, ascension can be perceived as a "process of inner development or as a perceptive shift", allowing humans to change from simple physical beings into light beings.

Raising human vibratory level

Likewise, ascension is also synonym of raising the human vibratory energy levels through means of meditation, energetic self-cleansing, self-healing and self-empowerment.
Many people also believe, that our ultimate goal in life, is to "ascend" like Christ or Buddha, becoming their image.

In our multiple reincarnations on earth, many humans seem to have managed to ascend into higher vibratory levels, becoming gurus and enlightened beings.

Opening the chakras and aura to the new age

Ascension can also be related to the development of one's aura and chakras. And through the process of ascension, the upper chakras may tend to open far more than normal, leading the person to a higher state of self-awareness and of understanding about his/her life purposes, God, the universe and existence in itself.

Enlighten beings and ascended masters

Finally, one cannot address the issue of human ascension without saying, that some people evolve into "enlighten" beings, whereas others evolve into "ascended masters".

This last category refers to highly developed human beings, who seem to evolved and "mingle" with the higher consciousness of God. And by doing so, they no longer need to reincarnate on earth, or have a physical body.

Still in what concerns reincarnation, people highly developed may willingly choose to live on earth, conducting healing and taking humanity to a higher vibrational level.
Ascension also regards teaching and leading others to achieve an awakening and increased self-awareness.
