Take responsibility for your thoughts Thoughts are human creations Thoughts are individual and collective creations, being also vehicles of human and divine consciousness. They have origin in ones reasoning, social interaction and human interdependency.
As human creations, thoughts are energy forms, generators and creators of multiple realities, existences and life itself.
As human beings, we often create our world and lives based in our inner thoughts and thinking patterns. And these are modulated by our own perception of the world and by our human imagery.
The importance of thoughts as pure energy forms Thoughts are the most powerful energy form in the universe, "far more powerful than nuclear energy".
Thoughts are not mere ideas or concepts pumping in people's minds. They are real things with power and capacity to materialise.
Thoughts can also travel faster than the speed of light, and know no time or space boundaries. They are the very clay moulding human life and human existence. We as a species are the result and reflex of our thoughts, and these shape our everyday actions. Likewise, our thoughts reflect the state of our health, of our relationships, of our chakras and of our auric field!
Reason why, positive thoughts originate often strong, healthy, happy, peaceful, loving and harmonious auras and chakras. And negative thoughts generate in return, weak, dirty, cloudy, disturbed auras and chakras.
Finally, thoughts of envy, aggression, violence, anger, jealousy and lust, tend to create very disharmonious and negative auras. Many thoughts end up by leading people to become psychic vampires, unable to generate positive life energy and replenishing from other peoples energy.
Human life is undermined by thoughts Thoughts are the very essence of life. And thinking is both a human process and a quality, very much rooted in our emotions, sensations, experiences, mental activity, consciousness and imagination. Thoughts also have different origins, causes and effects, differing from one and other in terms of purpose, nature, essence, energy, intensity, colour, scent, brightness, sound etc.
Different people, different thoughts
Thoughts vary from person to person. Their creation can both be perceived as an internal and external human activity. And although modelling our entire lives, thoughts don't always obey to human logics or to common sense, rather following basic emotions and instincts.
Often thoughts lead humans to develop and learn cognitive concepts and solutions for problems, planning of actions to undertake, to develop their intelligence, their imagination, their human relations and to get a better understanding of the world and universe.
Thoughts are also viewed as forms of externalising individual and social actions, interactions and behaviours. They can be put into practice through motion, and a wide array of mental, verbal, bodily and artistic forms.
Finally, when we talk about thoughts, its also important to mention their nature or constant mutation, evolution and capacity to be internalised and externalised. And although the process of thinking is a rather complex human activity, its always influenced by internal and external factors. Thoughts uplift and empower our lives How can a person create or germinate new thoughts? How can a person clean and remove unhealthy or negative thoughts, replacing them by better ones?
The answer to these questions lies within each single person, because thinking is above all an internal and individual process. And although one may count with expert help to change his/her thoughts, the process of germinating and changing thoughts has to be propelled by each person alone. All the learning and gathering of knowledge, of new experiences and behaviours, can only be done individually.
Next, we briefly gathered a few steps, in order to aid people to tap into the essence of their thoughts and emotions, by making a conscious effort to correct and change those needing a revision or eradication.
Steps to germinate new thoughts - Acknowledge the existence of negative or unhealthy thoughts and emotions;
- Analyse their nature and essence;
- Ask yourself: are these thoughts and emotions productive or counter productive?
- Ask yourself: are these thoughts necessary to my life or not, and if so, why?
- Ask yourself: are these thoughts in any way damaging my personal life, my close relations or society?
- And we may ask you: are you truly willing to make a thought pattern change?
In case a person wishes to undergo an inner thought pattern change, its important to firstly acknowledge ones responsibility in this process, and consequently, the hidden causes and effects of nurturing wrong or unhealthy thoughts. Thoughts can be always changed. This process does not necessarily take long, but can be demanding in many levels.
Thought shifting techniques There are several techniques available, that can help people shifting their thoughts and mind patterns. The most effective techniques regards the use of 21-day power or growth affirmations, meditation and yoga. Thriving to become a better human being In this conscious process of releasing and changing negative or old thoughts, one should also thrive to become a better human being by: - Improving one self-worth, self-esteem and self-confidence levels;
- Forgiving oneself and others of any misunderstanding, wrong deeds, wrong feelings and actions, bad thoughts, etc;
- Living the present life with joy, love, peace, sense of fulfilment and spiritual awareness;
- Acknowledging the existence of an inner decision-maker, able and willing to make drastic life changes;
- Taping into one's hidden potential, capacities, creativity, imagery and mind resources;
- Understanding the existence of inner light, inner energy and inner strength;
- Understanding the need to reconnect to God's love, harmony and universal light;
- etc.
Hopefully, some of these easy to follow steps will get you started. In addition to these steps, energetic Reiki treatments are also a great tool aiding this inner change.
